I have been working on my new years goals to keep up at the gym and stay active! We all know that it can be tough to stay motivated and go to the gym! So I just wanted to share what I have been up to, so I can be my spring break skinny!
My goals is to lose 8lbs in 20 days! Where am I going for break? You’ll figure that out this week too!
We can all feel this way…
But I try to get there at least twice a week! When I can’t I came up with this great workout to do for 15 minutes every day! Just being active for a short amount of time a day is great for your body. Think of it this way its better than laying in bed and eating Ben and Jerry’s (I’m guilty of that!)
I have been making smoothies like crazy. My plan for the week is to get them all set to go, so I can dump it all into the blender and have a delish smoothie!
My favorite mix is blueberry and banana, but I also love to add strawberries to that too! I am not a kale eater, so I sneak them in my smoothie and I can’t even taste it! I know how good it is for me, but I just can’t seem to eat it in a salad!
I also started drinking a TON of water every day and I have been keeping up with my It Works greens!
